The Employer of Choice program, established in 2006, aims to assist employers to attract and retain skilled workers to support the growth and sustainability of their business.

The kit provides information and resources to assist Tasmanian small businesses with modern employment and workplace practices.
The network supports Tasmanian businesses to come together to share ideas about successful Employer of Choice practices. Regular news, workshops and coaching are available for organisations interested in creating a great workplace.
The awards recognise Tasmanian businesses who have embedded employer of choice practices within their workplace culture and provide opportunities for staff to drive the creation of a great workplace.
