Background

The Wilderness Program, (WiP), works to build resilience and capacity within Tasmanian communities. It provides program opportunities across a broad cross-section our society, ranging from those most at risk through to the corporate sector, including city and rural communities alike.
Primarily the WiP assists people who are contemplating change to realise their potential and tap into the benefits flowing from making positive choices.

Facilitate personal, social and community development through providing participation opportunities in wilderness based risk-recreation activities.
