Explaining Tasmania’s wine industry competitive advantages The wine industry in Tasmania: A guide for investors was launched by the Minister for Economic Development, David O’Byrne on 10 May 2012.
In early March, the Premier, Lara Giddings announced that Tasmania needs to position itself to take advantage of the ‘Asian Century’ . As a result she will lead a trade delegation of business and industry representatives to Asia this September to progress trade and investment opportunities. Planning for the mission is now underway.
