Science and Technology Council

The Tasmanian Science and Technology Council works in partnership with the Tasmanian Government, industry, research institutions and the academic community, to enhance the science and technology sector of the state.

The Tasmania's Science and Technology Policy (September 2001) forms the basis for the council's direction. The council has also released a Science and Technology Industry Plan, which guides the implementation of selected objectives in the policy.
