Tasmanian Innovations Advisory Board

The Tasmanian Innovations Advisory Board (TIAB) was established in May 1999 to create a culture of innovation by advising the State Government on innovation policy and its implementation and administering the Tasmanian Innovations Program. TIAB meet bimonthly to assess Tasmanian Innovations Program applications for grants between $20,001 and $150,000.

Tasmanian Science and Technology Council

The Tasmanian Science and Technology Council, established in 2002, is working in partnership with the Tasmanian Government, industry, research institutions and the academic community to enhance the science and technology sector of the State.
