Data projector - extra cost of $121 per day GST inclusive. 
Laptop - extra cost of $121 per day GST inclusive.
Flip charts - extra cost of $20 each per day GST inclusive.
Teleconference phone - extra cost of $11 per hour hire, plus call costs.
Internet access - charges will apply to the conference account. Up to five users: $15. Over five users: $2 per additional user. The full names of every user must be clarified 24hrs before conference commences.
