Funding. All you need to know.
The Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Arts offer grants and funding programs to eligible businesses. Generally there are few grants available for starting a business, and those that are available are competitive or are only available for specific circumstances. There are some grants and other assistance available for business activities such as expanding your business, research and development, innovation and exporting.
Current funding programs include:

- Forest Contractors Support Program
- Regional Assistance Program
- Tasmanian Industry Support Scheme
- Tourism Tasmania Grants and Funding
