Trade Mark check and Domain name registration

Choosing a business name that has already been trade marked can be a costly exercise. It could mean large legal bills, drawn out disputes and even the closure of your business.

TM Check is designed for use by business owners to help them more easily identify pending and registered trade marks which may be similar or identical to their proposed business name.

To establish your online presence, a domain name registration should be considered.  If an internet address has .au at the end of it, it is registered in Australia and a part of the .au domain space which is regulated by .au Domain Administration Ltd (auDA).

Learn more about .au domain and registration via the auDA website.  Visit the Digital Business website for useful information which may assist you getting your business online, developing e-commerce and social media networks.
