In order to select effective training you first need to identify the gap between the skills your staff have and the skills your business needs. Then you can identify what type of training your staff needs. Once you have decided on a training plan, ensure that all your employees know what learning opportunities are available to them.

- National Training Information Service (NTIS) provides a 'Search and Browse' function that allows you to find specific Training Packages, Qualifications, Courses, Units of Competency and Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) that are licensed to provide training in each State.
