Skills development

A number of practical seminars and workshops are coordinated in association with Tasmanian industry to assist in the development and enhancement of Tasmanian exports. 

Skills development topics include:

  • Introduction to exporting
  • Risk management
  • Export documentation
  • Banking and International Law and Insurance
  • Selling and presenting
  • Export assistance schemes
  • Market specific exports
  • Customised skills development for individual companies and industries.

The seminars and workshops are delivered by a range of presenters including export advisers, specialist consultants, trade commissioners, industry bodies and educational institutions.
