With total prize money of $15 000, the Tasmanian Science Excellence Awards will showcase Tasmania’s outstanding science and research achievers and also highlight the importance of science and research for the growth of Tasmania’s community and economy.
Entries have been called for the 2013 $10,000 Tasmanian Building and Construction Innovation Award. The award is an initiative of the Tasmanian Building and Construction Industry Training Board (TBCITB) and the Building and Construction Industry Advisory Committee (BCIAC).
The 25 recipients of the $3.5 million grant funding from Round Two of the Tasmanian Government Innovation and Investment Fund (TGIIF) Round Two have been announced. Click here to see details of the 25 Round Two recipients as well as profiles of the successful Round One companies.
The Vineyard and Orchard Expansion Program is an an initiative of the Tasmanian Government that will provide eligible producers with grants in the form of interest rebates for three years on private sector borrowings to allow new trees and vines to become established.
