Motivated employees put in more effort to achieve goals and perform tasks.
Highly motivated employees are likely to have a higher level of job satisfaction, which will improve your bottom line because they’ll be more likely to stay with your business longer and take fewer sick days.
When you understand what motivates each of your employees you can create an environment that encourages employees to do their best, to achieve agreed outcomes and to feel valued.
